Catering for businesses, pharmaceutical reps, physician's offices, family affairs, parties...This event was a Christmas party where we provided appetizers, a full meal and desserts.
Our catering business is truly a family affair. Orders and purchases are by Jeff Ellis and / or Wanda, prep is done by Wanda, Jeff and sometimes Vickie, delivery is done by all. Depending on size of event determines how many are needed to help. If large enough, extra vehicles and drivers are needed. Coen helps with delivery and loading. Michael helps in the kitchen, delivery and set up and of course, all the accounting work. Lindsey even helps with bringing groceries in, loading, setting up, and counting paper goods.
This past year we have served for rehearsal dinners, parties, wedding and baby showers, auctions, dinners, lunches, and even breakfast. We've delivered as far as St Joseph, Warrensburg and Oak Grove. We serve in homes, offices, meeting rooms, hospitals, auction barns, churches.
We serve sandwiches, soups, Chicken Imperiale and Shrimp Creole to Homey Meatloaf with mashed potatoes, veggies and veggie casseroles, green salads to pasta salads, desserts galore! We have an array of appetizers from hot to cold with Swedish Meatballs and Artichoke dip being the favorites!
One of my favorites...triple chocolate tiered fudge cake drizzled with white and dark chocolate ganache!
